Entrées
- Tea smoked chicken salad - with rocket, cherry tomatoes, watermelon, feta cheese and lemon aioli
- Caesar salad - with the choice of smoked chicken/ fresh prosciutto/ king prawns, with cos lettuce, crispy bacon, croutons, shaved parmesan and the chef’s mayonnaise
- Your choice of smoked salmon/ trout/ fresh prosciutto/ steamed garlic king prawns, served on fresh avocado tabouli with a yellow box honey mayonnaise
- Thai style beef salad - shredded pan seared sirloin beef with bean shoots, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, fresh coriander, mint and basil, served with a lemongrass sweet chilli dressing
- Crispy shredded roast duck salad - with cherry tomatoes, rocket, orange segments, macadamia nuts with a grain mustard citrus mayonnaise
Vegetarian entrées
- Risotto cakes - with semi dried tomato and zucchini served with a fresh oregano napolitano sauce
- Oven baked zucchini slice - with sweet potato, roasted red peppers topped with blistered cherry tomato basil salsa

- Oven roasted chicken breast stuffed with semi-dried tomato mousse served on a sweet corn potato mash with cranberry jus
- Sesame crusted teriyaki atlantic salmon fillet with a saffron lemongrass coconut glaze
- Pan-fried wild barramundi set on a lemon pepper potato rosti with a maple syrup glaze
- Pan-seared eye fillet of beef topped with tomato jam set on a roast eggplant bacon babaganoush
- Oven-roasted rack of lamb, pancetta, oregano, macadamia nut stuffing with a honey jus
Vegetarian mains
- Spicy mexican vegetable tortilla stack with guacamole and sour cream
- Chargrilled vegetable lasagna with spinach mornay sauce and melted mozzarella topped with fresh pesto

- Chocolate pate served with king island cream, almond wafers and fresh strawberries
- Date and coffee bread and butter pudding with butterscotch sauce
- Individual chocolate pavlova with raspberry cream
